Isaac James, Managing Director, is an IT Executive with thorough understanding of AI, Analytics, and Cyber Security. He has a large breadth and depth of knowledge in data analytics and leveraging IT to streamline business processes. He was the Political Director for the RFK Jr. Campaign for Colorado.
During the RFK Jr Campaign, Isaac designed and implemented a real-time Social Media aggregation tool and created a Rapid Response Team to attack any negative media post in Colorado. His technology had a dramatic impact on the campaign and social media and growth in Colorado.
Isaac is also a veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps. His military background serves campaigns well as he is skilled in building and managing large-scale operations.
Katie Finn, Political Strategist, is a visionary strategist driven by a deep commitment to people and purpose. She served as the Tennessee State Director for the 2024 Kennedy presidential campaign, helping build powerful outreach networks of volunteers across the state. Before entering politics, she founded and led a humanitarian nonprofit that helped thousands of Afghan allies resettle after the U.S. withdrawal.
Katie holds an MSc in International Development from the University of Edinburgh and has worked throughout Southern Africa on projects promoting sustainability and social equity. She brings insight, compassion, and sharp strategic thinking to every campaign she supports.
